Customers within India
In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the products or the products don’t give you the desired relief, you can simply return the product to us, within 2 months of purchase, giving the order reference number and date. We will replace the product or refund entire amount minus shipping & handling charges.
Please note that the product packing should be intact (open bottles will not be accepted), unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to:

Refund of money will happen the way payment was made. If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net Banking, we will refund the money to your Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in about 10-15 working days through our Payment Gateway partners in India.
Customers Outside India
In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the products or the products and suggestions don’t give you the desired relief within 2 months, please email us giving the order reference number and date and we will guide you with the refund process. We are happy to refund your money within the first 60 days of purchase, less of a minimum $ 50 towards Shipping & Handling Fee or 35% of the amount paid, whichever is higher.
