International
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through DHL. The ordered items shall be shipped within 1 working day and delivery of the shipment shall be subject to Courier Company norms. There will be no Courier service on Sundays, National Holidays and Regional holidays of Maharashtra State, India. The general transit time to most places in the world is 4 to 7 working days, subject to customs clearance in India and also of the customer’s country. Delivery of all orders will be made to the registered address of the buyer as given in their order. Utmost care is exercised in packaging and shipping medicines. Grocare India sends all necessary documents along with the products for customs clearance. However, in case of customs examination, Grocare’s role is limited to giving copies of documents/clarifications to the customer, as needed by Customs authorities of the Customer’s country. Grocare India will make all efforts to make sure each parcel is delivered unharmed to the customer. Please note that customs authorities of certain countries may open the parcels to verify contents. Also, certain countries impose additional custom duties for Dietary supplements in their country. These custom duties are to be borne by the customer and incase the customer fails to bear said duties, Grocare India is not responsible for delivery of the shipment.

International Shipping charges
For orders below US $120, a courier charge of US $22 is levied separately to cover Shipping & Handling costs. For all orders above US $120 - Shipping is Free.
Within India
For buyers within India, orders from most cities are shipped through Blue Dart/ Delhivery/ or equivalent Courier. For remote areas, Indiapost / Speed post is used. Orders are shipped within 1 working day or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company norms. There will be no Courier service on Sundays, National Holidays and Regional holidays of Maharashtra State, India. Grocare India uses reputed and reliable courier services like Blue Dart / Delhivery / Speedpost. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address of the buyer as given in their order "Delivery Address". Utmost care is exercised in packaging and shipping medicines. General transit time is 4-7 working days within India. However, it can vary, so customers are advised to order at least 10 days in advance for giving repeat orders, so as not to miss their dosages.
Please note Grocare India is not liable for any errors given in the Delivery Address. Grocare India is also not liable in case the courier fails to deliver the parcel to the customer in the promised period of 4-7 working days. If there is any delay with the courier, Grocare India will try its best to sort the issue out and get the parcel delivered by reporting the same to the concerned authorities for ease of the customer.

Grocare India is proud to use Razorpay Payment Gateway for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit / debit cards and Net banking are accepted. One can also do direct bank transfer, bank details mentioned on the website.
Shipping charges
The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
At present, Shipping anywhere within India is free.
