Osteoarthritis kit

I've had costochondritis which is inflammation, and osteoarthritis in the chest. I have arthritis in my ankle and now I think I have it in my hip. Tried various doctors but no major relief. Last year at age 58 I began having severe knee pain, so bad I could hardly walk. My orthopedic surgeon agreed that I should try physical therapy. I'm 54, very active with the lower part of my body, with no problems or incidents. My job is always been very physically demanding, but never had accidents or major injuries.
